In Activity Sampling, there are two main screens. The first is a countdown screen which will be presented when the Profit Profiler is awaiting the random data entry prompt. 

The second is the actual data entry screen. This screen is shown below with  data entry in process. The user is making selections from the drop down lists. 

Automating Data Entry

In addition users can configure automated recording of their activity if they know they will be performing a task for an extended period. In the example below they are selecting an activity for the next 60 minutes.

Now they complete the details of the auto entry from the available drop downs.

When this entry is submitted, the countdown screen will display the time when the auto entry will expire. At that point, normal sampling will resume. To stop the auto record prior to the expiration time, click the End Auto button.
