Profit Profiler Automatic Results

In addition to the reports discussed below, every day you will receive via e-mail all your project's data in both Microsoft Access and Excel formats so that you can conduct your own analyses as desired.

Profit Profiler uses sophisticated data mining algorithms to determine the cost and time being spent on every combination of activities defined in your project.  Once every combination's contribution to your total cost structure is determined, the top cost contributors are isolated. Drill downs are then made on these top level activities to identify the key sub activity cost drivers.

In Activity Sampling projects Profit Profiler will, by default, isolate and report on the top 10 cost contributors. The top 10 have been found to be cover well over 80% of the total cost for the vast majority of projects. You can however request that the system identify the top "n" cost contributors if you require.

In Activity Logging projects Profit Profiler will isolate cycle times and costs for every primary activity (where the primary activity is the first selection made) based upon volume. Then, for the top 10 cost contributors, drill downs are performed to quantify the key sub activities. As with sampling, you can request that the system identify the top n cost contributors if you require.
