At this point you can make activity selections from the drop down input boxes in the center of the screen.

 

 

   

 

Click the Start and Stop buttons to record times. A transaction is complete when all activity drop downs have an entry and a quantity is entered. Insert a quantity to identify the items processed. Finally click the Typical or Other buttons to commit the transaction to the sheet in the background.

 

 

 

 

The decision on whether to click the Typical or the Other button is important in logging as follows:

If you felt that the time you took to perform the defined activity was typical for that work content then click the Typical button.

bullet

If you do not feel that the time displayed was typical for that work content you should click the Other button
