After the Fact Data Collection
You may enter data "after-the-fact" by checking the Time box as indicated below.
If the Time box is checked, the Tracking screen will access to the after the fact time
entry features Real Time Activity Timer. If the Time checkbox is unchecked it
will give you . When you uncheck the Time checkbox then the:
The fact that both the Start and the Stop buttons are
deactivated precludes real time timing of activities. Using the Date Drop Down to Set Data Collection Mode The Time checkbox is ideal if you are doing after the fact
data collection on the current date. If you wish to enter data for
previous days you can click on the date drop down and select the date you
wish to make entries for. The
displayed drop down will show the last 30 days.
When you select a date other than the current date the Time
checkbox will be deactivated and the screen will behave exactly as if you
had unchecked the Time checkbox as explained above. This is because it is
obviously not possible to do real time recording on previous days events. Quantity
Only Recording
You can optionally record only quantity values. To do this
simply complete the Activity Selection and enter a quantity. The
Typical and Other transaction buttons will activate and you can save
your transaction. In this case you must be sure and leave the inputs to
the right of the Estimated Time prompt set to the default N/A as shown
below:
To record times, first select the time units you wish to
enter data in by clicking on the drop down to the right of the Estimated
Time prompt. Your two choices are to enter time in hours or minutes.
As soon as you make your selection the field immediately to the
left will clear ready for your input of the time value. Input the time
value. Next make your Activity
Selection and the quantity.
As soon as the quantity value is entered the Typical and Other transaction
buttons will activate and you can save
your transaction. Repeat for all the transaction you wish to enter.
